The najo RediBoard is a revolutionary backboard that does not have a designated front, back, top or bottom so the patient can be positioned and immobilised faster. The Najo RediBoard is made from strong, lightweight, one-piece HDPE construction and impervious to all body fluids, is easy to decontaminate and provides 100% X-ray translucency. This board is also buoyant and can be used to float a patient during water rescue operations. Guaranteed for life under normal usage. Available with optional speed clip pins.
