Register of Injuries and First-Aid Treatment Book

The Occupational Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulation, 1989 states that Register of Injuries and First-Aid Treatment must be kept at each place of work and is to be made available for inspection upon request by an inspector from the WorkCover Authority

Records of unjury and treatment are to be kept for a minimum of five years.
