Laerdal Virkon Manikin Disinfectant (10 x 50g Sachets)
Laerdal High Level Manikin Disinfectant (Virkon) is a 1-step disinfectant (cleaning and disinfection in one-step).
Virkon has been tested against a wide range of micro-organisms under a variety of test protocols. In total the tests have proved efficacy against different strains of viruses, bacterias (including mycobacteria), spores and fungi.
The Terminal Pack consists of 10 sachets à 50g powder. Mix the powder with 5 litres of water. This provides a 1% solution that faces are to be immersed into, scrubbed if necessary, left for 10 minutes, and rinsed in fresh water.
The disinfection solution is effective until colour fades (approx. 7 days).
